Sitting area
The comfortable sitting room has a large flat screen TV with Virgin cable including all premium sports, childrens and movie channels. There is a Wii console with a selection of childrens and adults games, and a BluRay player with an extensive childrens DVD library. We also have a range of childrens toys in the Victorian chest including puzzles and board games.
There is an open fireplace and a separate log burner which guests are welcome to use during the Winter months. High speed fibre broadband is also at the property.
For the summer months, there are deckchairs, picnic blankets, swimming towels, flasks and picnic utensils as well as beach toys which guests are welcome to use.
Dogs
We welcome dogs to stay at the house and enjoy the wonderful walks from the house and in the immediate area. Poole is a very welcoming for dog owners with most pubs and cafes allowing dogs along the Quay and in the Old Town. Year round dog friendly beaches are at Branksome Beach, Sandbanks and Studland Bay. From October to April dogs restrictions are lifted and can be exercised at along any stretch of beach in Poole.
A large comfortable basket and dog bowls are available at the property. However we respectfully request that dogs owners do not allow pets on the beds or upstairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a two integrated ovens as well as an integrated microwave, gas hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There are extensive cooking utensils at your disposal including a food processor, bread maker, cake tins as well as a whole range of cutlery and cooking items.
Utility Area
There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and separate Miele tumble dryer with a downstairs WC.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms have king size beds with superior quality mattresses and high quality cotton linen with duvets. The first floor bedrooms have flat screen televisions with independent cable television including all premium movie and sport channels. One bedroom also has a Blu-Ray player. The family bathroom on the first floor has a separate oversized walk-in shower as well as a bath.
The top bedroom has en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
